JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for individuals with a strong customer service mindset, who are self-motivated, persistent, and can communicate confidently. Our agents focus on providing the best customer service experience as they help our customers navigate through the trading and deposit/withdrawal process

KEY REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Respond effectively to customer requests through web and email or chat • Manage end to end cases from opening to closure • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field. • Required language(s): English • No work experience required. • Required Skill(s): Customer Service, CRM • Preferably specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
